Choose the Trigger App – Freshdesk. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ Ticket Updated‘ as the trigger event. Connect to your Freshdesk account to capture whenever a ticket is updated.
Shorter Loop
Choose the Target App – Shorter Loop. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we need to select ‘ Create Idea’ as the target event. Connect to your Shorter Loop account to create an idea triggered by Freshdesk.
