Choose the Trigger App – Freshdesk. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ Ticket Created ‘ as the trigger event. Connect to your Freshdesk account to capture whenever a new ticket is created.

Shorter Loop
Choose the Target App – Shorter Loop. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we need to select ‘ Create Issue ’ as the target event. Connect to your Shorter Loop account to create an issue triggered by Freshdesk.
