No. We migrate tickets in a silent state. Notifications are disabled during import so your customers will not receive a flood of ticket-created emails.

Do you migrate attachments?

Yes, We migrate all file attachments (PDFs, screenshots, logs) and link them correctly to the ticket history in the new system.
