Choose the Trigger App – Zoho CRM. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ Update Deal ’ as the trigger event. Connect to your Zoho CRM account from which you want to capture the updated deal.

Choose the Target App – Interakt. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we have to select ‘ Send Template with No Header ‘ as the target event. Connect your Interakt account to automatically send a template for the updated deal added in Zoho CRM.
