Choose the Trigger App – Telinfy. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘New Chat ’ as the trigger event. Connect to your Telinfy account from which you want to capture the New chat whenever they are created.
Salesforce
Choose the Target App – Google Sheets. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we have to select ‘Create Contact' as the target event. Connect your Salesforce account to which you want to pass the chat from Telinfy.
