Choose the Trigger App – Interakt. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ When customer message ‘ as the trigger event. Connect to your Interakt account from which you want to capture the customer message.
Zoho Bigin
Choose the Target App – Zoho Bigin. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ Create Contact ‘ as the target event. Connect your Zoho Bigin account where you want to create a contact for the trigger in Interakt.
