Choose the Trigger App – HubSpot. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ New Ticket ‘ as the trigger event. Connect to your Zoho Books account to capture the new ticket.
Choose the Target App – Telinfy. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ Send Template ‘ as the target event. Connect to your Telinfy account where you want to send the template for the trigger in HubSpot.
