Choose the Trigger App – Freshdesk. This is the starting point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ When ticket is updated ‘ as the trigger event. Connect to your Freshdesk account to capture data whenever a ticket is updated.
Cheerio
Choose the Target App – Cheerio. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we need to select ‘ Send WhatsApp ‘as the target event. Connect to your Cheerio account from which you want to send WhatsApp whenever a trigger occurs in Google Calendar.
