Choose the Trigger App – Freshworks CRM. This is the destination point of automation. According to our use-case scenario, we must select ‘ New/Update Contact ‘ as the target event. Connect to your Freshworks CRM account where you want to create a new or update a contact for the trigger in Freshworks CRM.
