Klamp's Report Section now offers enhanced analytics, improved visualization, and seamless data tracking for deeper insights.

What's Included in Report Version 1.1

Report Version 1.1 introduces key updates designed to improve accuracy, usability, and insights. It includes refined data metrics, enhanced visualization tools, and a more user-friendly layout for easier interpretation.

Let’s discuss some of the new elements added in the Report section:

  • Installed Klamps – Represents the total number of Klamps installed by your customers, the SaaS users.
  • Active Klamps – Represents the number of Klamps that have been installed and activated.
  • Inactive Klamps – Represents the number of Klamps that have been deactivated.
  • Draft Klamps – Represents the number of Klamps that have been saved as drafts but not activated.
  • Published Klamps – Represents the total number of Klamps published by you, the SaaS owner.
  • Task Usage – Represents the number of tasks consumed over different timelines (weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • Accounts – Represents the total number of accounts (SaaS users) that have been onboarded and have installed Klamps.
  • Top 5 Accounts – Represents the five SaaS users who have installed the highest number of workflows.
  • Top 5 Klamps Installed – Represents the names of the Klamps that have been installed the most times.
  • Top 5 Apps Installed – Represents the names of the top five apps involved in Klamps installed by SaaS users.

All data points run on scheduler. The data you view here will be the ones updated until the previous day.

⚒️ UPDATES TO PREVIOUS RELEASE NOTES

  • In addition to the details about Published, Installed, Active, and Inactive Klamps, we’ve added three more metrics – "Task Usage, Accounts Onboarded, and Draft Klamps".
  • Instead of 'Connected Apps,' we've introduced 'Top 5 Accounts,' which will be more helpful to SaaS admins in understanding who the top 5 users of integrations are.
