Hi Marcus! This is a common issue. Make sure you've enabled the 'Include Custom Fields' option in your Salesforce connector settings. You might also need to refresh your field cache. Let me know if this helps!
I had the same issue last week. The solution Mike mentioned worked for me. Also, make sure your Salesforce user has permissions to access those custom fields.
