What's Included in Report Version 2.2

Report Version 2.2 introduces key updates designed to improve accuracy, usability, and insights. It includes refined data metrics, enhanced visualization tools, and a more user-friendly layout for easier interpretation.

Let’s discuss some of the new elements added in the Report section:

Metric Section

• Success Rate – Displays the percentage of successful klamps.
• Error Rate – Shows the percentage of klamps that encounter errors.
• 12-Month Growth - Visualizes your usage and account activity either monthly or daily. You can filter the data to view usage only, accounts only, or both. Additionally, data can be sorted by year for clearer long-term comparisons.
• 7-Day Activity - Shows all workspace usage for the current week. You can also switch to view the previous week’s data, making short-term performance comparisons easy.

Top Performers

• UI Update for Top 5 Apps – The UI for top-performing apps has been redesigned for better clarity and usability.

Additional details on the Report data points

All data points run on scheduler. The data you view here will be the ones updated until the previous day.

⚒️ UPDATES TO PREVIOUS RELEASE NOTES

In addition to metrics like Published, Installed, Active, Inactive klamps, Task Usage, Accounts Onboarded, and Draft klamps, we’ve added two new metrics: Success Rate and Error Rate.

The UI for Top 5 Accounts has been updated, helping SaaS admins better understand the top users of integrations on a monthly or yearly basis.
